This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

A sketch created from an original fine art photograph by Dan Carmichael of fishing boats moored in Oregon Inlet Marina on the Outer Banks of North Carolina; available in two styles: the color sketch painting and black & white fine art print; 2396
I have always liked this technique to create a sketch-like picture from a photograph. To me, it resembles a sketch made by hand very closely. The original photo was taken on a cold December morning just a few days before Christmas which is why there are so many boats in the marina. In the off-season, very few of these commercial fishing boats go out to sea on fishing trips. During the warmer seasons, you would not see these boats - if any - in the marina after sunrise. #artforsale #fishing #sketch #outerbanks #obx
